Trying to register / match my details, but it doesn’t work. I can’t use the app.

.. but the app will only accept Cyprus mobile numbers, not overseas ones, so many non residents are unable to enjoy the facility

App is unusable starting from the registration process designed by some great minds that apparently never used a smartphone. 
Great example of how not to develop mobile apps. Oh wait, this is made by EAC. No more questions at all.

Waiting to receive the OTP for more than 30 mins and received an error message that the incorrect OTP was inserted multiple times and had to retry in 24 hours.

What a rubbish and convoluted App. It’s SO difficult to set up. No matter how many times you call and adjust the information you will still struggle to register. If you have a bill and want to pay it, use JCC instead…it’s such a pleasure.  Unfortunately if you want to know the status of your account, it is better to call in.

REALLY DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU FIXED. BY PRESSING MORE INFO WITHIN MY ACCOUNTS, THE APP COMPLETELY FREEZES AND NEEDS TO BE KILLED IN ORDER TO GO BACK TO MY MAIN SCREEN.STILL NEEDS TO BE FIXED IF YOU WANT US TO USE THE APP. IF NOT, JUST REMOVE IT FROM APP STORE.

Υπολογιστή ενέργειας συσκευή. Μόνο τον ηλεκτρικό θερμοσίφωνο κατάφερα να περάσω και αυτό στον διπλάσιο χρόνο από αυτόν που χρειάζομαι.

The app has millions of bugs. Most serious is that It freezes and I need to kill the app in order to go back to my Home screen and most of the times I need to put my credentials. Why having an app that is not working-functioning.

Before updating worked correctly.
Now: I open the app, log in, then choose the tab Supply and then My accounts, as I hope to see the bill there. But the app shows login page again. And I need to log in again. This was the only function I’ve used. Also, there are more unworkable tabs, didn’t check them all, as I don’t want to login every time

Lost access and will not accept my password or attempts to get a new one. Screen freezes. Numerous calls and emails over 6 weeks to EAC and no contact to resolve.
