I have searched for information on connecting the app to the camera and find no way to connect this app. There is no setting and the directions in the app are worthless.

After resetting my dash cam to factory default, trying a new sd card, and updating the app I am still unable to get the dvr function, or app to work period. It was a waste of money, I bought the camera for this feature and it doesn’t work. Just says it cannot connect, even though it connects to my phones wifi then when opening the app it wont sync and errors out. I’ve done everything per the instructions. There doesn’t appear to be much product support either.

The Hardware is good, but the app needs some work, 
Thé Live and playback feature is not working on the latest iOS, I have to connect via browser to the router IP address to use the live&playback feature. Please fix it, it would be a shame if a good piece of hardware would fail due to software issues
