## What is eAduan MBPP?

eAduan MBPP is another initiative by the City Council of Penang Island to increase the number of channels for complaints through  mobile device to enable the public to make fast, convenient and effective  Complaints, Appreciation, Suggestion and Enquiries directly to the Council.

Anyone  who wishes to make a  complaint only needs to key in details of the complaint, location of the complaint (geo tagging) and attach the relevant  photos as proof of the complaint to be sent.

The public can also check the status of their complaints by making a search to view the action taken by the Council on the complaints made.

It is hoped that this would help in facilitating the public to channel their Complaints, Suggestions, Appreciation and Enquiries to the Council effectively.

Aplikasi Mobile eAduan MBPP merupakan satu lagi inisiatif Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang (MBPP) untuk menambah saluran aduan melalui peranti pintar mudah alih bagi membolehkan orang awam membuat Aduan, Cadangan, Penghargaan dan Pertanyaan secara terus kepada pihak MBPP dengan cepat, mudah dan efektif menggunakan mobile.

Orang Awam yang ingin membuat aduan hanya perlu memasukkan maklumat aduan, memaklumkan lokasi aduan (geo tagging) dan menyertakan gambar sebagai bukti terhadap aduan yang ingin dihantar.

Orang awam juga boleh menyemak status aduan dan membuat carian aduan untuk melihat tindakan yang diambil oleh pihak MBPP terhadap aduan yang telah dibuat.

Diharap aplikasi ini dapat membantu memudahkan orang awam menyalurkan Aduan, Cadangan, Penghargaan dan Pertanyaan kepada Pihak MBPP dengan lebih efisyen dan cekap.
