## What is eADVISR?

eADVISR builds upon the original ADVISR app with key improvements:

    Electronic TWIC® credential reading
    No manual data entry – reduces user input errors
    CIN VCCL Check – confirms against the Visual Canceled Card List
    TWIC CHUID FASC-N CCL Check – checks against Canceled Card List
    TWIC CHUID Expiration Check – verifies Card Expiration Status

Key Notes:

    eADVISR does not perform biometric or cryptographic operations
    It does not log or record credential reads
    It is not USCG TWIC® Reader Rule compliant

While not a replacement for full reader authentication systems, eADVISR provides a fast, automated way to screen for expired or canceled TWIC® credentials—ideal for environments where basic validation is sufficient.
