Worst app to use. I have been to the help desk multiple times to try to figure out why my information matches at their desks, but whenever I try to login, it says no account found. It’s BS really. Fix your stuff. There’s potential for this app if it would only work!

Updated app does not work properly,...again.  It does not show when promos are added. It’s July 1, and I don’t know what my rewards are this month because it is only showing last month.

This app is so slow and needs to be updated. You’d think this type of industry could have someone develop a better app. It’s should take minutes to sign in. And then minutes to go from one screen to the next. Most of the time is times out.

Looks like a rookie maintained and managed this. Not much info of what’s going to happen within the app. Don’t need to sign in everyday for bonus. Why visit this app? As the months pass this app gets worse. As of March 6, no sign in or new monthly info.

By far the worst app I’ve used; regularly slow to load anything, often doesn’t like to load at all. Sometimes available data shown doesn’t appear to have been updated for weeks to even months. So far I think the only thing that gets updated often is the section titled “Shows.” Seems almost as pointless to have as the casino itself.

Hi I’ve calling soaring eagle and they were t any help. For some reason two weeks ago my app is showing all my rewards for August and July’s is gone. And I have clicked on each one and there’s nothing about July! Why a month ahead of schedule ? I would of liked to see July’s rewards!  Thank you!

Why does this say soaring eagle but when u open it, it’s all about saganing. Why isn’t soaring eagle also included in on this ????

This is the absolute SLOWEST app I have ever used (out of hundreds!)! It would have good potential, but I can’t handle the slowness. Takes a couple minutes (2-3) to just sign in, then another 1-2 minutes every time you click on a new tab or page within the app. It must be a joke that the casino gives extra bonus points to sign in 50X before 12/31, because it would take hours & hours. Please fix the speed Soaring Eagle!
