By far one of the worst banking apps out there. It’s always glitching and can never log in as easy as other banks. Everything from Face ID to mobile check deposit. BAD!!!

The Eagle Bank App never works. It is the worst app that I’ve ever encountered. In most instances the app forces you to change your password every two weeks and most recently it keeps spinning and won’t even allow me to login. I keep getting constant errors of #0014. I thought the purpose of an app was supposed to make the customers life easier and more convenient. However, this app is extremely frustrating, counterintuitive, and adds more chaos to customers already busy and hectic schedules.

Transactions show up in random order, log in issues, extremely limited functionality. Makes me wish I was with a larger bank who actually invests in its mobile app.

The banking app is basically just an overview of your bank account status. It’s lacking most of features considered worldwide as elementary. 
No integration with Zelle, no QR payments, no international trasfers, splitting the bank accounts, expense categories filtering… Just one big NOTHING.
