It is really helpful BUT my work is time-sensitive and sometimes I have had to wait for two hours for a correction. I do work at early hours but they should have people ALWAYS ready to respond in other parts of the world. You literally submit a text document and within minutes, you it back proof read. It shows you the errors and it even rephrases some words. Cant believe I didnt find it sooner.Just hope there was a website version that I could use on my desktop. ### 5/5 — Love this app *2017-12-31, version 1.4* I was in the process of doing an ad for my business and needed help with my grammar, this app was a life saver and the response time was fantastic. ### 2/5 — Strange robot corrects, some mistakes are overseen *2017-11-15, version 1.4* I submitted 2 similar texts, 200 words. I received an answer in 1 minute. No way a real person could read and correct it within that timeframe. Interestingly, one text returned 2 different corrections. Some unnecessary (i.e. wrong) corrections were proposed, some optional changes were made in the case when both phrases were correct. Some mistakes were corrected in one result and were not corrected in another one. As you might know, they price you based on the number of corrections they make. From what I saw in my case, they do make extra amendments even if those changes weren’t necessary. Only facts. The corrections and suggestions for a change of language were so helpful! This app really helped me to polish off my text so it was ready to be submitted. Also the corrections came back very quickly. I submitted the text around 12:30 AM and within 30 minutes or so I had an email containing the document changes and edits and a second email that had the completely corrected text. Overall it’s a life saver, and their customer service is amazing. I contacted them via email because I forgot to cancelled (when my semester ended), and I was refunded without any problems.
