It’s so easy to cause damage to the ear drum by going a little too far or to push the wax I. Further and cause it to be impacted against the drum. The wax has a purpose in the ear and is not dirt. Over time it will usually work it’s way out on its own. I am constantly trying to re-educate my students and parents (I’m a teacher of the deaf and hard of hearing) and this game is working to perpetuate a common misconception.
