The first time I used to this program it was working fine. Yes I paid for the app. **Developer response:** Hi, version 1.1.1 has just been released which resolves this issue and has many improvements. ### 2/5 — Rather stay tone deaf *2019-02-06* This software is unbelievably frustrating. As you progress through the end of a lesson, instead of advancing to the next, the program returns you back the beginning of the lesson again. Very, very difficult to move to the next lesson. **Developer response:** (Update: Version 1.1.0 has been released and resolves a critical video play issue which negatively affected your ability to advance between video lessons. Thanks!) (Original Response) Perry, thanks for the review! I apologize for the frustration you experienced. In the current version, when completing most drills (singing drills and listening drills), the user is presented with a chance to retry the drill or go to the next. However, video lessons are missing these buttons (for now!). So, when a video lesson is over, hit the back arrow in the upper left-hand corner of the screen (the back arrow is not visible during video playback, so you may need to pause the video first). From there you should see the full lesson. Simply choose the next video or drill in the lesson you'd like to do. When you've finished all the activities in a lesson, hit the back arrow again to go back to the course view. Development is underway of a number of new features including the ability to advance seamlessly through each lesson without needing to navigate back after a video is over. Thanks, Sean ### 3/5 — Poor User Experience (Updated) *2019-03-02* 2nd Update: I started this app up last night, and had battery issues all day. I realized that this app was sitting in the background killing my battery for 21 hours straight. Apps aren’t supposed to do this, please update for efficiency and proper battery and resource use. Update: The issues that I reported in my original review were fixed in the latest release (1.1.0). This developer is active and helpful. Rating updated + thanks! Original: I haven’t been able to get past one lesson/video per app start. The content looks ok but hard to say since the UI is so horrible that it makes it unusable. Hope to see an update soon. **Developer response:** Hi, the issue with CPU consumption while the app is in background state has been resolved in version 1.1.1. It should not use the battery when backgrounded. ### 3/5 — Glitchy *2019-02-17* I like the idea of this app but it would simply not play the video I wanted. I would click on the title and it would play the wrong video quite often. **Developer response:** (Update: Version 1.1.0 has been released and resolves the video play issue you reported.) (Original Response) Hi and by, You are on version 1.0.9 which has a known bug. This bug caused the video player to get stuck on the same video. A fix for this has already been submitted (version 1.1.0) and will hopefully be released soon. My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience! When version 1.1.0 is released, I hope that you will consider having another look at the app. A lot of new exciting features are being planned as well. Take care, Sean ### 4/5 — Very good, but I need it in bass clef *2021-01-29, version 1.1.3* This would be excellent if the chords could be in bass clef too- most music has bass note in bass clef range, not treble clef ### 4/5 — Videos don’t load *2019-06-18* None of the videos load (I have both WiFi and full FTE). Pausing, going forward, waiting, etc. doesn’t work so I can’t get any video to load. Any ideas why?
