I’ve said it all. Bloody EXPENSIVE.Not everybody has 30€ to spend on an app. And it’s not like some apps with lots of carefully written texts, embedded videos/sounds and so on and so forth… apps for specialists made by specialists. No…none of that. Too bad, really. And by the way, 6 years ago, a user asked for a translation in French. The answer was « we’re considering adding more languages ». SIX years later, the app is STILL ONLY in English!!! And last but NOT LEAST, $19.99 is not €29.99 in Europe. Yes, we’re Europeans but we’re not dumb…..
And as everybody can see, nobody answers here. Great customer service, that’s for sure!!

I subscribe to the annual pro package but can't use it, every time I run the application, my account is logged out, then I log back in, the application is stuck at the word "loading"

Great concept. Been using this for a few weeks now and I’m at level 10.

Two things that I can’t stand about this app:
1) It keeps logging me out of pro mode and I have to restart the app to get it to work again. Very annoying.
2) Why can’t I repeat lines of multiple notes? It’s very frustrating when you’re first starting out and trying to guess four notes in a row correctly because you’ll take a few seconds to get the first two notes right and by then, you’ve already forgotten how the next two notes sounds, so doing four notes in a row is really hard.

This app do not have repeatable. So hear only once and you have to figure it out in your mind.

This app is great I love being able to practice my ear, but as a pro user I would love to have a casual mode. You can just choose what keys to practice and you can play that mode forever without worrying about losing three stars.

The app is fine it just plays waaay too many ads. It really messes up my ability to concentrate on sounds when an ad with disco music pops up playing louder than the sounds from the app itself. Plus sometimes the ads don't give a way to close them and you have to restart the app. In first 5 minutes of using the app I had 4 ads pop up and had to restart the app twice. Very disappointing.

I just tried to play the first quiz and sometime it registers the wrong key, even if the right key is highlighted!! What a frustrating experience. I would not recommend getting Pro as the quality of the app is not worth the money at this point.

I bought this app - with no ads - only to have ads added back in and be informed that I must subscribe for my purchase to work. I bought this app less than a year ago. I’m all for the move to subscription services, but this is a dishonest way to do so. Edit: actually, this is a violation of App Store guidelines, under 3.1.2(a): “If you are changing your existing app to a subscription-based business model, you should not take away the primary functionality existing users have already paid for. For example, let customers who have already purchased a “full game unlock” continue to access the full game after you introduce a subscription model for new customers.”

Paid for the app originally for no adds. Then even with paid app the developers added back in adds. Now they are looking for a “pro” subscription to give back the features that were originally in the paid app. Very disappointed. Even if they wanted to do a version 2.0 but let me keep the original app I would have been happy and maybe even bought the new app. Other apps have done this for transparency. But this removed features just to change more.

Exercises in this app are designed to improve your absolute pitch if you already have one. For rest of the world it’s useless. On day 3 it asks you to replay series of 4 nodes by ear - it’s impossible without previous musical education or being very gifted. On day 6 it asks you to differentiate between 3 octaves - be realistic, it’s not going to happen. This app is not based on any research how pitch recognition can be improved. Provided exercises have uneven difficulty progression and pointless to anybody without already decent pitch recognition. Waste of time and money. It has nice and childish user interface - that’s why all these 5 star reviews.

This is by far the best ear training. I’ve been playing piano for over 8yrs but still struggle with songs, knowing the chords for songs.
Although new to this app but I’m already enjoying n learning a lot. Highly recommend it

Use this everyday, I think it’s really helping me develop my ear training.
Would like to have a custom quiz section of any notes I choose.
It would also be cool if there could be a mode where I can practice 100 or more notes in a row without the chance of failing so I don’t need to stop.
Love how it works though, thanks guys.
