There’s so many different ways to be able to reconnect and stay in tune with your body, whether you need daily affirmations, guided breathing exercises, to review the IE principles, or help on a challenging body image day. All the different “modules” have information that I learned when I took the IE course, but I still need the reminders and support to do them on a consistent basis. Some of my favorite “modules” so far… walking me through a meal and eating mindfully, listening to my fullness cues, emotional eating and dealing with bad body image days. I also really like the breathing exercises and the Feel Good Flash Cards with the positive affirmations - they always make me feel better about myself!
