## What is Early?

Early tells you the exact moment a unit is clean and ready for your next guest.

Put a QR sticker inside each place. When your cleaner finishes, they scan it and tap one button. No app, no account, nothing to learn.

The unit turns green on your board and you get a notification. Every property, live, in one view.

That green is the opening: if a unit's ready early, you can reach that day's guest and offer an earlier check-in right from the app. A smoother arrival for them, a better shot at a five-star review for you.

What you get:
• One live board for all your properties
• A push the second a unit is marked ready
• Add a co-host or cleaner and pick exactly which properties they see
• $5 per property a month, cancel whenever

Early is a signaling tool, not a cleaning or staffing service. You bring your own cleaner. Early just tells you the second they're done.

Pause a property you are not renting right now. It stops counting toward your bill and moves into its own group on the board, so a live unit is never mistaken for a quiet one. Turn it back on whenever you want.
