I’ve lost 70 lbs over the past 7 months with this team and have changed my mindset about many things in life and my diet. Highly recommend Coach Adam and Bobby Maximus and listening to the zoom calls and coming with questions you may have that could be beneficial to the group as a whole!

Highly recommend this app. It’s a total game changer. Very easy to use and navigate. Has everything you want in a fitness app. Workout library, how-to videos, food tracker, reminders, and so so much more. A must use for everyone- advanced health people and those just starting out!
