Legit and easy money. The app is really easy to navigate and the offers are actually very easy to sign up for. I’ve completed numerous offers and even spent over $100 of my own money doing so and it’s been over 3-4 months and I haven’t got a single dollar for any of them. Their customer support is nonexistent, the only way to reach them is by email and I’ve done that on numerous occasions and never once have I ever gotten a response back. By far the worst app I’ve ever used it is a complete scam!!! Stay away!!! ### 1/5 — Cannot Create Account *2026-06-22, version 2.22* I was trying to create an account for Earn but the date picker does not correctly enter my birthday on my iPhone 17 Pro with iOS v26.5.1. I clicked “App Support” but it just takes me to the app itself. BEWARE ### 1/5 — Can’t open app to report a problem *2026-02-27* Hey, I hate to leave a bad review just to get attention, but I downloaded this app a while back and had some issues completing the offer I’d signed up for. Now I have an extra bank account I don’t need and I want to let y’all know how the app didn’t work while completing the offer, but I can’t figure out how to get in touch or get help. We really appreciate you trying Earn and giving us the chance to help fix the situation. ### 1/5 — App Crashes after starting an incentive program *2026-02-27* I learned about this app through the respondent’s website and after signing up for Earn I found an incentive program which iPhone users qualify tor with downloading the Axos banking app creating a bank account depositing five dollars into the account and once that deposit is finalized, you will earn $50 and its pretty much to test the response time and whatnot. Well, l I opened the account I deposited the $5, and the last step is to go back to the Earn app submit a screenshot of the successful five dollar deposit to the bank account and then I will be funded my $50 incentive…. Well low and behold, I go back to the Earn app and it crashes every time I click on it and it’s just a black screen. I uninstalled it installed it again still same issue something needs to be done about this, the simple fact there’s so many ways to earn money on the app itself yet when you start said incentive through a third-party all of a sudden the Earn app is malfunctioning. I would give zero stars if I could. **Developer response:** We’re really sorry this happened, and we understand how frustrating that must have been — especially after completing the steps for the incentive. Around that time we were running a server update that unfortunately caused the app to show a black screen for some users. The issue has since been fixed and the app should now be loading normally again. UNINSTALLED ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE THIS APP *2025-12-30* Please do not use this app, especially through Respondent. I spent weeks trying to complete the objective, trying to sort out issues on the bank’s end. The researcher helped me through it all, but the moment I completed the study they ghosted me and did not pay me. I had to contact the Respondent Support team who got in contact with them, and apparently they decided to withdraw my application for unspecified reasons, even though Sharry Vinn (researcher) personally assured me I would get credit for the task. I set up a whole bank account for this, did everything they asked, and they did not follow through, even after they explicitly said they would. This whole app seems predatory and exploitative.
