This was 4 months ago, I have chased up on several occasions and get the same tag line back every time that it’s been dealt with. It’s clearly not and an utter scam. Don’t bother with Prograd, there are others that payout in hours. Also it wouldn’t let me post this review without being 4 stars or above!! I was earning over £100, and all of a sudden they suspended my account and refused my payout. Rejected my ID verification although I used my UK driving licence. This seems to be a common problem that they do not want to payout. I’m escalating this complaint to trading standards. ### 3/5 — Great, until *2026-08-31, version 1.9.1* Great app, to start with. 1st payout easy, there after, rewards not recorded, games not linking. They get your identification and then use it to get personal loans or credit cards in your name. I signed up and played a game expecting to get £60. I tried to claim out the first time and it got rejected so I tried another time a week later and it got rejected again so I tried to appeal hoping for an answer and they said to wait a month which did to no avail because I got no response after waiting that long. The customer service actually sucks since theres no other way to contact them about issues like this, and as of this moment im STILL waiting on the 27$ they rejected 6 times!! ### 3/5 — 50/50 *2026-08-30, version 1.9.1* The app works yes you get money for playing games and you get a lot of money but the dumb thing is that you can’t withdraw all your moneys at once and you have to wait 8 days to receive your payout. Imagine needing money on a rainy day and you have over $300.00 on this app (which i do) but you can’t withdraw it . At max you can only withdraw draw $35.00 at a time and it takes you 8 days to get it . Then… you have to wait for 8 days to get the money. However they have time limits on these games goals leaving you to use your own money to buy the in game rewards. The first 8 days of processing got denied because their “automated fraud detection system cancellled the payout. The 8-day processing time is the first red-flag. I’m sure they will accuse me of something to get out of paying me. Mistplay is the only app that’s worth my time. At this point I’m seriously considering that 1) they ain’t paying 2) they have my most sensitive data and 3) they’re a scam site. Payouts that keep getting rejected. Today i finally got a response after sending constant emails. They say that i have violated their terms and conditions “However, after an internal review, your account has been restricted for policy violations, and your earnings are no longer accessible. For security and system integrity purposes, we are strictly unable to share the specifics of our fraud investigation process.” If a game was downloaded on their platform that didn’t confirm to their rules, why not communicate. And Yet despite freezing my account unknown to me earlier and not able to withdraw the £97 i earned, they still have been letting me do in app purchases for their platform games. Only giving it 5 stars so i can post this. ### 5/5 — Was a good app *2026-08-26, version 1.9.1* So I’ve had this app for sometime now it was really good in the beginning. Got my payouts every time no problems and I’ve got them straight away in the last month now I’m now having issues getting my money this last month I’ve earned 60 quid.
