FitScroll blocks your most distracting apps and lets you unlock them only by moving your body.

HOW IT WORKS 

Select the apps you want to block. FitScroll locks them using Screen Time. 
To unlock, earn coins through physical activity and spend them on screen time.

EARN COINS YOUR WAY

- Camera exercises - Push-ups, squats, sit-ups, jumping jacks, lunges, diamond push-ups. Your camera tracks every rep in real time.
- Steps - Walk throughout the day. Coins are awarded automatically via Apple Health.
