Annoyed, great connect but poor execution. Besides my child joining our family I had not setup any restrictions or tasks. No matter if I disabled my child’s profile allowed him to delete the app or removed him from our family fixed our issue. I had to start the free trail just to login and try to trouble shoot this. Wasted hours reconnecting his device and troubleshooting. Do not recommend!

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We identified that when a child is removed from the family, restrictions could remain active on their device — this has been fixed in the upcoming update. This could have been easily resolved by toggling off Screen Time control in the child's settings, or by reaching out to us at support@kidsquest.app — we would have walked you through it in under a minute. The app gives parents full control: choose which apps to block, adjust daily free minutes, set schedules, and create tasks for kids to earn screen time. We'd love for you to give it another try!
