Love this app!! So much better than other screen time apps I’ve tried and it’s completely free. No paywall blocking features which is great

I like this app! Sometimes its annoying when you want to get into an app but your not in a place you can do the activities.  But its great because it gets you moving and its not too much.  It has reduced my screen time and increased my squat time!
