Gives me options to sign in with my Netchex acct, or create an account, but no matter which option I select it just takes me back to the sign in page. If I select create an account, it tells me my account already exists. IT/customer service confirmed they received my payroll information days ago, but have not giving me an advance amount. They confirmed that my employer sent my payroll information. But when I asked as to why I have not received an advanced amount, the representative went silent. I understand programs go through trail and error, but to have bad communication with one of their representatives is unacceptable. For this issue to be ongoing is unacceptable. Run your trails But train your representatives to know or at least have easy accessible responses when your app fails to follow through on exactly what it is designed for. Please do better. The fact Netchex controls people’s pay (which last pay period they failed to pay me on time), and to launch an app promising advancement but unable to do so…. Suddenly I wasn’t able to access my funds with no explanation from anyone. I reached out to NC and my employer. Nothing changed on my employer’s end, no payroll issues yet NC kept placing blame on them. No one could give me a definitive answer and there’s still no resolve. I’ve reached out several times. We switched to Netchex months ago and I haven’t had a single accessible wage. I got my $10 referral and that was last month. I’ve been emailing with our HR department and a support agent and nothing has been resolved. After reading reviews, I can see why. If your job is thinking of switching to Netchex, advise them not to. The convenience is wonderful. However, I have had repeated problems with the service because it takes a long time after the pay period starts to show my pay. In the middle of last month, it started showing that my employer had opted out of the service, which it had not.My employer had to go through the customer service line and it took nearly 2 weeks to get the problem resolved. They said it was a problem with updating software. Some pay periods it takes five days to show my earned wages. I’m salaried so this should be automatic. Most recently, I was in the middle of a chat on the app trying to get a problem resolved and chat simply stopped responding. It still won’t respond, and it has been three days.
