The amount of cash available to me was much lower than I expected, which made the service less useful when I actually needed the money. I also don’t like how quickly the repayment is taken from my account. It can make it difficult to manage other expenses around payday. Another major issue is the repayment processing time. After the money is taken, it can take a long time for the repayment to fully process and finalize in the app. That leaves me waiting and unsure about the actual status of my account. I understand that EarnIn is designed to automatically collect repayment around payday, but I feel the repayment process should be faster, clearer, and give customers more control.
