Logged me out automatically after last update and have been unable to log in ever since. Issue is with the account verification via the pictures, selecting all the cars, signs, boats, etc. Can’t go further after doing so. Remove this step until it can be properly developed. ### 1/5 — A year since an update and still no store management?? *2019-04-09, version 1.0.1* This thing is really of no use. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in at all *2019-03-10, version 1.0.1* The “are you a robot?” flow doesn’t let you submit your answers, so you can never log in. The app is useless until someone fixes this. ### 1/5 — Accidentally logged out, can’t get back in *2018-12-30, version 1.0.1* I accidentally got logged out of the app. When I try to sign back in it asks you to verify you’re not a robot, then do the whole select images things. There is no button to chose that you have selected the images so I cannot get logged back in. I had the same issue on the regular zazzle app as well as the zazzle earnings app so both are completely useless to me now. It’s hard to be a zazzle “seller” when you have no way of checking your stats or sales from a mobile device when you are unable to sit down in front of a computer. Also, it kills zazzle sales for the company as well when customers can’t shop from a mobile app. Please fix this! ### 1/5 — Has not ever worked for me. *2018-06-01, version 1.0.1* Can sign in fine, but always tells me it's unable to load data. ### 1/5 — Unable to Login via Facebook *2018-02-16, version 1.0.1* My account is linked/logged in via Facebook. I cannot see my earnings because no option to login via Facebook. I tried the email and password from Facebook but unable to login. You cannot reach even then most basic of things on it, forget manage your shop or products. I have no idea what sold, or when, or if a sale has been canceled or not. I’ve logged out / in repeatedly over the last 2 weeks but nothing changes. The app was lackluster to begin with (side scrolling & having to wait for each section to load was painful. Just use tabs!) . I wrote to tech support. They wrote back, “no issues found” maybe they will read all negative feedback and try to fix this.. Waste my time writing this and writing them. ## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — It’s back! *2019-07-10, version 2.1* I used to check in with this app every day, a couple times a day, because it was a quick way to check for sales. Now every time I want to check, I have to log in, say I’m not a robot & take a picture quiz. The app is no longer a quick way to check, so I stopped using it. Please put it back to the way it was before. Update: After the newest update, the app is working again! Not everyone signs up with an email address and password anymore. Thanks! ### 4/5 — Logs out now *2019-05-12, version 2.0* Since the last update, I have to log in every time I open the app. The not a robot pictures are hard to use on a phone screen as sometimes they aren’t clear and the object to be selected is hard to see. ### 4/5 — Looks great...but *2017-06-03, version 1.0* Looks great so far! The one thing that seems to be missing is the ability to see the actual item that people ordered. The old earnings tab when the app used to allow you to do this. I like to see the product people ordered, and the way they customized it (Colors, style, etc.). You can still do this on the computer. Checking the actual product, allows me know how people customized my product, and what color and style options they thought were cool with my design. Thanks! ### 3/5 — Captcha screen prevents login *2018-10-17, version 1.0.1* The Zazzle earnings app was nice when it worked. It was never perfect, but it was a handy and convenient way to check my earnings. I say was because I accidentally logged out of the app about a week ago and am prevented from logging back in thanks to a captcha screen that comes up that’s missing any sort of submit or verify button. My guess is this will also prevent new users from logging in. So until there’s an update you probably don’t want to waste your time with this. ### 3/5 — No Image *2017-06-11, version 1.0* I'd like to be able to see a picture of the item that sold. That gives me an indication of how to grow my Zazzle portfolio of products. This is pretty useless right now.😑 ### 2/5 — Frustrations with App *2017-08-05, version 1.0.1* The concept is good, but I notice that the overall earnings are not showing up.
