### 5/5 — Hope this app can change my bad habits

*2026-09-20*

I am always obsessed with the addictive apps such as tiktok and instagram. My health is worsening these years due to too much screen time. I want to make a change and hope this app can help me reduce screen time and keep a healthy lifestyle.
