They really work! Now I discovered the app for Earplanes and what an amazing experience. The app allows me to fine tune when to put them in my ears and when to take out. Makes the climb out and landing much more comfortable and lets me know when to put the earplugs In. When I use it in the air I have no pain and no issues whatsoever. I personally use it when I travel and recommend it to my patients. It’s safe, effective, and inexpensive. Now with the app any rapid changes in pressure mid-flight can be addressed. Thanks for an excellent and easy to use product that markedly reduces ear and sinus discomfort from flying. It also works great for mountainous driving (but not by the driver).
