## What is EarPT?

EarPT is the personal trainer for your ear.

You hear real sampled instruments — a grand piano or a recorded archtop guitar. Then you name what you heard.

A short level check sets the floor. You stay in the room until it’s clean. Same gym from the first fifth to altered dominants.

WHAT YOU TRAIN
• Intervals — speed and accuracy, in key
• Harmony — qualities, sevenths, spell the color
• Melody — phrases on the staff
• Progressions — call the changes

HOW IT WORKS
Open the app. Do a session or two. Get a score.
Five minutes, most days. The ear moves because you come back, not because you stay longer.

THE SOUND
EarPT uses a sampled grand piano or an archtop-guitar, so the ear trains on wood and wire.

TRY IT
Ten workouts, wherever placement landed you. Then one purchase unlocks the gym. Not a subscription.

Built by musicians for musicians. Five languages: English, Swedish, German, Spanish, French.

## Pricing and in-app purchases

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.2.0 — 2026-10-11

Thanks for the feedback! New: Practice. Pick a drill, key, length and difficulty, and train outside the gym. It doesn't touch your progress. Also new: Perfect Pitch, five levels from a single note to every note in a chord. Your Practice sessions get their own card under Progress.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-09-10

App Store now lists German, Spanish, and French — languages the app already supported.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-09

Break it down on harmonic intervals — hear the two notes one at a time when they play together. Still there after a miss, so you can learn before you hit Next.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-05

Improved note selection in melody drills.

### 1.0 — 2026-09-03

No release notes.
