## What is Earth Friend?

Home & Lock Screen widgets keep today’s focus close — without opening the app.

Climate action that feels doable — one clear step at a time, not a guilt trip.

Earth Friend turns everyday choices into a calm progress game — then goes further than one-and-done checklists. Take a footprint quiz, try lifestyle changes in a sandbox before you commit, watch a monthly carbon budget, keep daily rituals, and share the ripple if friends join in.

WHY YOU’LL LIKE IT

• Today’s focus — pin one action so you have one clear thing to do today
• Personalized footprint quiz — diet, transport, flights, home energy, household

• Monthly carbon budget burn-down vs a science-aligned month
• Daily rituals that reset each day (not just permanent completions)
• Ripple share to invite friends into the same action
• Impact home with ring, savings, science-aligned target, and trend chart
• Action streaks with a calendar heat map
• XP and hero levels that grow with every completion
• Search the full action library
• Optional private notes on completed actions
• Country comparisons against national averages
• Weekly challenges and unlockable achievements
• Savings equivalents (trees, car-km, phone charges)
• Daily tip plus lifestyle-matched suggestions
• Favorites and Easy / Medium / Hard filters
• Share completed actions and your overall impact
• Action library across seven practical categories
• Difficulty labels — Easy, Medium, Hard — so you start where it feels right
• Goals with deadlines to keep the next step visible
• Progress tab for completed actions, favorites, streaks, and badges
• Wikipedia images and summaries on categories, actions, and suggestions (CC BY-SA)
• Fully free — every action, ritual, goal, theme, and unlimited progress
