But the strange thing is it plays a loop of a fake static sound seeming at first that ur just not picking it up all the way, upon further review i found out i keep hearing the same lady voice saying "even.." every couple min or less. I was able to get some Russian from Ukraine but I really wanted to listen to Russia. As long as your connection is stable you can listen almost everywhere.
