It was easy to schedule our ride in advance through the app and I appreciated the texts keeping us updated on our ride. Our driver Steven was friendly and helped us with our bags. There was plenty of room for all of our luggage. The Tesla was super comfortable and the panoramic sunroof is so fun! He got us to the airport timely and safely. I’ll definitely be using Earth Rides again and would recommend to friends! I love having this eco-friendly ride share option right here in Nashville! ### 5/5 — We love Earth rides!! *2022-07-27, version 3.3.133* A colleague shared this app with me and we love it! Our first rides were with Kyle and he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Even made special arrangements to pick us up at the airport after my wife and I were stranded out of town for 6 days!! All the drivers we have had, including the owner are fabulous. The cars are extremely clean and the drivers are extremely safe. My wife tends to get cat sick but not the way they drive since they are not rushing to catch another date. The price is similar to the other rides share apps. We love the ability to schedule in advance and they have been on time or just a touch early even at 5am! The price of the ride was cheaper than other ride share apps. I loved how clean the car was and how friendly the service provided as well. I do wish you could text/call the driver, but otherwise the experience was great! It was a nice change from some of the smelly, dirty cars that show up with the competitors, and it was less expensive for us on a Friday night! I like that the company provides the cars too! That way they are ensured to be nice and clean. This is also good for the drivers to not have to use their own cars. Used it for the first time and my experience was excellent! My ride arrived in less than 10 minutes, the driver was very pleasant and extremely friendly. The app was easy to navigate. Other ride share companies have recently deteriorated in customer service, cost, time to pick up, cancellations by drivers, etc. I hadn’t heard of Earth before but I look forward to using them in the future. ### 5/5 — Earth rides is AMAZING! *2022-07-10, version 3.2.172* We are impressed with the service and customer service. Timely and so courteous, professional and friendly. I was disappointed the first couple of times I attempted to use this service, but their customer service helped me and I couldn’t be happier. We are referring them to family and friends. Especially after my last experience with Uber, where my driver didn’t bother asking my name when I got in the car because he was too busy on a phone call with his ear piece. New, clean, comfortable cars and happy drivers (a huge step up from the competition’s declining standards and questionable practices). Here’s what I love: Scheduling rides but not getting charged an extra rate like on Uber/Lyft - Getting to know the drivers. They are employees and work consistent trips. Shoutout to DeJuan in the mornings and Stephanie in the evenings. Enjoyable rides in clean cars. You know exactly what you are going to get every time. Prepaid credit at reduced rate for regulars. To get this experience, I know I need to plan ahead and be patient. On the things they do well, they exceed other experiences. Of course as small company they have areas to improve. The app for both user and driver, the availability, advanced features like multiple stops or adjusting pickup. The pros far far outweigh any of the cons. They have a fleet of amazing electric cars so... 1) their driver’s don’t have to put miles on their own cars or pay for gas. 2) the cars are electric so it’s better for the environment. 3) you always arrive in style. I really love this company and hope others support it! ### 5/5 — Why ever take Uber or Lyft again *2022-05-25, version 3.2.157* I discovered Earth Rides after seeing a wrapped Tesla driving around. Always wanting to ride in electric cars instead of Lyft Uber so I decided tried it out. Interesting thing is it appears that all the drivers are paid as employees and on wage. I honestly think this is a much more sustainable way to live so was happy for it. All the drivers I've had have been exceptionally nice as well. Calling beforehand on what music is like playing, along with any other special requests. Also you get to ride in electric cars (Tesla, Mustang-E etc) Only thing to be aware of is that you kinda have to plan out your rides ahead of time by a few hours. (I always do three) this isn't a big factor to me though. Lastly the pricing is amazing. Instead of paying $30 for a Lyft you can get a ride in a Tesla for half that (15) im not sure if it'll always be cheap but I'm a fan of this service! ### 5/5 — No going back! *2022-05-15, version 3.2.157* I LOVE LOVE LOVE Earth. The drivers are all great, the car brand new and clean. The experience is luxurious, they call you when they are 10 minutes away to give you a heads up and all drivers are all friendly and professional. Once you go earth, there isn’t going back, unless it’s during peak hour and unfortunately their wait times sometimes are too long. If you're an Uber/Lyft person that's great - I've lived in several large cities and used ride shares mentioned above and other smaller ones that were exclusive to that area. However, with that said my experience using Earth ride blows them all out of the water. I am constantly looking for new ways of transportation and I have now found not only my go-to but one I actually look forward to riding in and recommending. ### 5/5 — Very impressed *2021-12-17, version 3.0.88* I heard about Earth from a friend. She loved the Teslas and that most of her drivers were women so safety was a factor. We tried them for the first time this week. Rideshares are short handed like most of the world these days and our experience has been late and even multiple cancellations but Earth was so easy to schedule in advance to our destination and then home after the event. Our driver was a lovely gentleman, very professional and the car had that new car smell. We had to wait about 10 minutes longer for our driver than if we had taken an Uber but they were on time and very personable. Car was beautiful and clean. Looking forward to the expansion of this startup company to other metropolitan areas. They try to be Uber/lyft a package/food delivery service. Transportation for special needs all with what 8 cars. Are they a Ev company or do they use Tesla . Who knows . They hire anyone. won’t listen to employees that have been doing rideshare longer than this company is/was around . It’s a great concept but with 8 cars and no way to get more or maintenance them. And when one of your drivers wrecks a car well you have no replacement and it takes Tesla a long time to repair . ### 1/5 — Long waits. No innovation. Crappy ownership. *2022-04-25, version 3.1.236* Honestly, Earth Rides has been around for over a year, and there seems to never be any effort to improve wait times for riders (they seem to think this is some special niche, but if it was a small niche company, you wouldn’t be raising at a $20 million cap). 9/10 times you will wait around for 30+ minutes to get a ride, and scheduled rides are small in availability due to no additional expansion of vehicle/employee offerings. When you do finally get a car, some of the vehicles have been in small fender benders, and have never been fixed (even after months of being like this) There is no innovation. The app rarely receives updates, the app is owned third party (Spare Labs, thus they cannot control their own destiny, ever) and customer concerns are never taken seriously. The app has piggy backed off of Teslas success by utilizing the name “Tesla” in all advertising but the company has been known to bash Tesla publicly to employees and other riders. The need to piggyback off of Teslas success is clue #1 that there is no innovative product offering. Owners are crappy people, money hungry and I’ve heard from many former employees about the state in which they treat internal employees at times. All of these employees will eventually be screwed over as the company ceases to exist in the future. I would suggest sticking to Uber’s big push for 100% electric vehicles. ### 1/5 — If you can get a ride, it’s fine *2021-09-03, version 2.29.74* They are not available often. If you pay for the promo service thinking you can get a car like you can with Uber or Lyft… think again. I went to Nashville for a few days so I paid the $75 for $100 in rides promo. They were only available one time out of the 14 times I tried. Always said “no rides available”. I tried to schedule a time and still no rides available. Figuring that it’s no big deal, I will just call and get a refund as I don’t live where they are and it’s not my fault that they aren’t available… seems they have a no refund policy also… I asked if I could at least transfer my balance to someone there and they never answered the question. If you don’t live in Nashville, don’t bother getting “the deal”, you won’t be able to use it in time. The one ride I was able to take was find… I got where I was going and the driver was friendly. ### 4/5 — It’s Easy Being Green *2021-09-21, version 2.29.74* My time using Earth has been great so far! Friendly drivers, a clean UI, affordable prices, and the use of electric cars come together to make Earth a fantastic ride-share app. My only issue with Earth has been scheduling rides ahead of time. I’ve found it difficult to schedule a ride a week in advance for a morning commute. Other than that minor error, Earth continues to be my go-to when it comes to getting rides around Austin, Texas 🤠 ### 5/5 — Consistently Wonderful *2022-09-13, version 4.0.3* Earth Ride has become my official go-to rideshare service! The cars are clean, the drivers are professional, and I feel a lot safer knowing that all drivers are company employees (and vetted/tracked by Earth Rides). Very consistent, clean, and all the drivers are respectful and courteous. And the most surprising part is that the prices are competitive with Uber and Lyft while maintaining a much higher level of professionalism and style. The employees are held to a higher standard than an Uber driver, as those hired at Earthride have weekly schedules and can get fired much more easily than one from Uber. I feel safe taking an Earthride late at night(!!!!!!!) huge plus. Sometimes there is a long wait, but sometimes it’s much faster than an Uber! Sometimes more expensive, sometimes cheaper!
