It doesn’t let you save the one location you always order from; credit card entry is clunky and randomly fails; and it doesn’t even attempt to support Apple Pay. What’s the point? Probably easier to use a landline and place your order via the telephones. ### 1/5 — Poor usability with the basics *2025-11-02* Account management (autofill, resetting password, etc) is a terrible experience. The app also had verification errors with my valid payment methods. And then you order… and no one is AT the location. And you can’t neither reimburse nor cancel the order. Please contact your bank for more details.” Happened sporadically at first, but now EVERY TIME. FOR MONTHS. Deleting the app, sign in sign out, different cards, credit vs debit — nothing works. It’s a running joke at the local earthbar at this point, the entire staff knows about it and it is not just me. Please fix it. ### 2/5 — App needs help *2025-08-07* I love Earthbar and it’s a fair price but the app needs help. I order the same thing every day and just to reorder your last order it takes 8 clicks. Part of the problem is every day I open the app and click past orders, it opens a blank page, then I have to click back, click past orders again and then it finally loads them. Update: wow yeah it's been broken for over two weeks now. Pretty clear the PE f8gs who own this app desperately want people to stop using their barcodes and getting rewards forcing users to tell the staff their phone number to get points. To the private equity bundle of sticks that own this app, please get your money back from the pathetic talentless bottom feeding contractors you paid to write this irredeemable slop. You all deserve excruciating torture. ### 1/5 — Locations Don’t Work *2026-06-25* My Equinox is on the location to preorder. If I update my account, the location is there as my preferred location, but not to make an order. And if I try to login on a desktop with the same email, it creates a new account and nothing is linked… also can’t get any support to fix anything. This app is completely useless. ### 1/5 — Abysmal checkout flow makes ordering near impossible *2026-05-13* As someone who works in tech, this is one of the worst checkout flows I’ve ever seen in an app. Tons of friction when you just want to get to payment. Valid credit cards not recognized even after you re-add them or reinstall the app. Apple Pay not an option. No ability to report a bug or contact support in the app. Really? In 2026?
