It is stuck on data from October and has been since yesterday. This has happened a few times since I first purchased it. **Developer response:** Thanks for rating our app. As we can not help you in this rating and review environment, please send a detailed report of what’s not working and what device and app version you are using to our support. There are six external sources connected in EarthBeat and various graphs are shows. On our side it looks like all systems are running and updating well. So as long as we don’t know what’s exactly not working on your device it is impossible to help and fix your problem. ### 4/5 — Great info, refresh sticky *2025-11-01* Tomsk graph frequently does does refresh, despite updated data being available elsewhere online. Bei mir ist es seit heute um 10.00 Uhr stehen geblieben. **Developer response:** Leider kann ich daran nichts ändern. Der Tomsk Server hat seine Daten eingeschränkt, und von denen ist EarthBeat abhängig. Der Cumiana Server ist allerdings immer aktuell und sollte als Ausweichquelle genutzt werden. ### 4/5 — Funktion *2024-09-10* Warum wird bei mein App seit 7.9 nicht abgelesen? **Developer response:** Der Tomsk Server ist leider eine relativ unzuverlässige Datenquelle. Manchmal gibt es für Tage keine aktualisierten Kurven. Seit gestern sollte es wieder gehen. Der Link zur Quelle der Daten ist übrigens am Seitenende jeder EarthBeat Seite vermerkt. Einfach anklicken und selber prüfen. Als Alternative ist übrigens auch der Cumiana Server in der App vorhanden, der Messungen der Schumann Resonanz auswertet. ### 2/5 — Free Facebook updates *2024-05-11* Nice layout however I could obtain more up to date data from Facebook, for free with more details n explanations for the average user. **Developer response:** This might be true for some users, but the main intention of EarthBeat is to use it for its widgets. They give you a quick and convenient access to all graphs that you usually have to visit several websites and Facebook groups for. I see no use in a more deeper explanation of how the graphs can be read, as this information is already provided all over the internet and you only need to understand it once. This app is for the more experienced user that wants to have quick access to up to date data without even using an app. ;-) ### 2/5 — Not sure what is wrong? *2024-04-13* I did the update, however the chart isn’t showing any data after 4/9. Bummed. I refer to this daily. Thanks for your help **Developer response:** Please delete the app from your phone and re-download it from the App Store. This should fix the cache for now. I am currently rewriting the cache code as it is not 100% working with the new Tomsk page. Been a couple days **Developer response:** Thanks for bringing up the issue with the Tomsk feed. The problem actually lies with the Tomsk server, not with our EarthBeat app. We're monitoring the situation, but it's out of our hands to fix. In the meantime, you can switch to the Cumiana graphs. You get a nice pack of features already in the free version. Seit einigen Tagen sehe ich nur dreimal ein Foto einer Frau, die zeigt, dass sie keine Ahnung hat, was bedeutet, dass es keine Daten zu sehen gibt. Marc ### 1/5 — Trash *2023-06-23* Man kann nicht mal das Foto vergrößern um alles genauer zu sehen aber was noch schlimmer ist: ein paar Tage später öffne ich die App und es gibt einen Hinweis, dass die Daten ohne Genehmigung genutzt werden also alles gestohlen ist. Urheberrechte usw. Direkt gelöscht. Lohnt sich nicht. **Developer response:** Update: Das beschriebene Problem wurde mit v1.2.3 behoben. Einfach nochmal laden und ausprobieren - dann merkst du sicherlich, das die App alles andere als Trash ist. Grüße, Marc --- Die Daten wurden weder gestohlen noch Uhrheberrechte verletzt. Die Tomks Aktion bezieht sich auf einen Twitter Account, der behauptet hat, die Tomks Kurven unterlägen seinem Copyright und einige andere diese Dinge. Kein fair Play. Tomsk hat darauf alles lahmgelegt und die Schnittstelle + Copyright Handhabe geändert. Ich suche derzeit Kontakt zu dem Admin Team, um eine schnelle Lösung zu finden. Das müssen jetzt leider alle Apps ausbaden. Inclusive EarthBeat und die User. I’ve tried contacting their support but never heard back & nothing was ever fixed. I’m VERY disgusted & VERY disappointed — you can get the same information elsewhere. I don’t recommend this app at all & will not be renewing my subscription. Terrible support. The widget is the reason why I chose this specific app. **Developer response:** Please contact the support at developer@asv.pt. So far all widgets and data sources are working well. We would like to reproduce your problem to find out the cause. Therefore we would need more info about the device you are installing on, the system software version, the EarthBeat version etc. Please let us know as much details as possible how yow to reproduce your problem. Die App funktioniert auf allen Geräten super und vor allem die Widgets nutze ich selber viel. Ach ja, und der Kundenservice? Top. Hab zweimal geschrieben und innerhalb von Minuten eine Antwort gehabt. Von einem echten Menschen. Keiner KI. Ich selbst habe übrigens die Pro Version. Als Funkamateur ist es für mich wichtig, dass ich den Kp-Index verfolgen kann. Aurora Vorhersage und Sonne ergänzen das Komplett Paket. Super finde ich, dass der Entwickler sofort auf Probleme oder Funktionsstörungen reagiert und diese beseitigt. Topp. ### 5/5 — Nun funktioniert Alles. Heute ist der 18.4. Die Daten der der Grafiken werden seit dem 14.4 bei mir nicht mehr aktualisiert, auch nach der „pull-down“ Funktion oder neuladens der App. Obwohl ich zwischenzeitlich mal ganz kurz den 16. und 17. gesehen habe. Danach viel es aber wieder auf den 14.4 zurück. Wenn das behoben wird, änder ich auch gerne wieder die Rezession. Ansonsten gefällt mir die App nämlich sehr gut.
