For parents with a child in the NICU like me it is literally life changing. It’s made it our experience 10x more positive being able to get pictures and updates from the nurses and doctors. The only reason I am not rating 5 stars is because I can’t save the pictures. We used to be able to screenshot them but that is now gone too which is devastating. Overall great app, but PLEASE let me download the pictures or at least screenshot them again. ### 4/5 — Amazing but one new issue *2026-07-16, version 8.3.0* I recently had a baby very early who is in the NICU. We have been loving these updates the last couple of weeks to make us feel connected when we can’t be there in person, but just recently the app stopped letting us screenshot the pictures. I screenshot them so that I can look back and send pictures and updates to my family. We were recommended this app to keep track of all the progress and what stage of surgery she was in, so me and two other relatives at home downloaded it to follow up on how she was doing. After that first message of being put into the OR holding room before the surgery starts, we received ZERO updates via the app. Thankfully the hospital wait staff has another way of keeping track of when they go in and come out of surgery, but the app proved to be completely useless. ### 1/5 — Literally did not put me at EASE *2024-05-02, version 7.8.0* I was sent a link so I could be updated for my father’s surgery. At first, I was thinking that someone created a useful app! I was wrong bc all I saw was a blurry image of the logo every time I went to check in. Thankfully my sister was sending me screenshots every time she was given an alert. They need to take it off the website or specify if if it’s not usable. At one point, the message said, the procedure is going fine. Very next message was that the doctor is coming out to speak to us. I swear my heart sank! I thought my father didn’t make it. 3 minutes later, the next message was that the procedure was successful and the patient is fine. My heart isn’t though. Next few messages had him going back into pre-op...after he was in recovery!! Again, my heart sank. Don’t rely on this app to inform you on the care of process of your loved ones.
