## What is Ease?

Tired of health apps with tiny text, confusing menus, and mandatory sign-ups?

Ease is the zero-friction vitals log and meal scanner built specifically for clarity, privacy, and peace of mind. Whether you are managing hypertension, type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, or monitoring daily prescriptions, Ease gives you clinical clarity without the headaches.

[BUILT FOR EASY READING]
Health tracking should never strain your eyes. Ease features a senior-friendly, high-contrast interface with extra-large typography. Read your systolic, diastolic, pulse, and blood glucose numbers at a glance—day or night.

[INSTANT AI MEAL SAFETY SCANNER]
Stop guessing if your meal will cause a blood pressure spike or blood sugar surge. Point your camera at any meal or snack to receive an instant "Traffic Light" verdict (Green, Yellow, Red) tailored to hypertension and diabetes management. Identify hidden sodium, excess carbs, and potential drug-food interactions before you take your first bite.

[GENTLE MEDICATION REMINDERS]
Never miss a morning or evening prescription. Ease delivers calm, non-intrusive reminders with one-tap action buttons directly on your lock screen. Confirm doses or snooze for 15 minutes with a single touch—no harsh alarms or annoying guilt-trips.

[ONE-TAP DOCTOR-READY PDF EXPORTS]
Take control of your next physician visit. Generate clean, clinical-grade 7-day, 14-day, or 30-day PDF summaries showing mean pressures, fasting blood glucose averages, and medication adherence. Hand your doctor actionable data in seconds.

[LOCAL-FIRST PRIVACY & ZERO FORCED SIGN-UP]
Your sensitive health measurements belong solely to you. Ease requires no account creation, no password, and no forced cloud sync. All data is encrypted and saved directly on your iPhone. Full support for offline logging and optional two-way Apple HealthKit sync.

[KEY FEATURES]
- One-Tap Vitals Entry: Record blood pressure, pulse, glucose, and weight in seconds.
- Traffic Light Food Scanner: Clear green/yellow/red meal safety verdicts.
- Doctor PDF Reports: Standardized AHA blood pressure stage classifications.
