## What is Ease Motion Sickness?

Prepare for motion-heavy trips with a short listening session before you go. This app plays a steady 100 Hz tone, the same class of sound used in published research on motion sickness, so you can follow a simple pre-travel routine.

HOW IT WORKS
• Select audio output device. Headphones recommended.
• Choose how long to listen: 1, 2, 3, or 5 minutes
• Tap Start
• Check the on-screen volume hint and adjust level if needed

For the best experience, use comfortable headphones and a volume similar to normal conversation. Not too quiet, not too loud.
