## What is EASE Online?

EASE Online 計劃是一個專為社交焦慮人士開發的網上心理輔導平台。目的是幫
助社交焦慮人士減輕社交焦慮，提升生活質素。本計劃提供為期9節網上認知行
為治療服務，通過個案示範、動畫影片、論壇和練習，讓參加者學習不同的認
知行為技巧，處理社交焦慮。除了網上平台，參加者還會與心理輔導員進行面
談/電話諮詢共5次，包括2次虛擬實境暴露治療，進行深入探討，練習如何運用
認知行為技巧和暴露療法來處理社交焦慮，並通過網上問卷評估計劃成效。

本計劃由香港浸會大學主辦，由香港大學教育資助委員會研究影響基金資助，
在計劃推行期間（2021-2023年），所有服務免費。
