Worst company *2026-05-16* It’s been 5 days of continuously following up . There is no ticket id no acknowledgement no support. Every time we have to waste time to explain context on a fresh call . Then they say please wait for 2 hours to arrange callback . Are you serious ? What is this turn around time ? We have wasted hours reexplaining and arguing but there is no support from your side. No respect for customer time , no concern . It’s not a small amount you’re taking it very lightly and it has not been resolved for 5 days You asked to check with hotel we also got their confirmation and said it’s on you . Now you say your booking provider AGODA is involved . Did we book via Easemytrip or AGODA . Don’t know what you’re doing , looting customers via these agreements behind and creating layers Will definitely post in twitter , LinkedIn , Instagram wherever You also deleted my previous review . I booked a flight at the fare they advertised and payment was immediately taken through CC. Several hours later, they sent only an EMAIL saying there was an additional AED 233 fare difference and gave me just ONE HOUR to respond. No phone call, no WhatsApp, no urgent customer contact — only one email. Because I did not immediately see the email, EaseMyTrip automatically rejected my booking. To be clear:I did not cancel the booking.I did not refuse the booking.I did not request a refund. They cancelled/rejected it automatically from their side simply because I was not able to respond within one hour. This kind of process is extremely unfair for paying customers. How can a company collect payment instantly, send a sudden additional charge request, allow only one hour by email, and then cancel the reservation without proper direct customer communication? What makes it worse is that although the booking was rejected by them, they said the refund will still take 10–15 working days to return. So they can hold customer money for weeks for a service they never delivered. This creates unnecessary financial stress, especially when payment was made through Tabby installments because customers may already face billing charges while waiting for their own money. This experience feels highly unprofessional and very misleading. Please be careful before booking here because the advertised fare may not be final, and your booking can be automatically rejected while your refund remains delayed. ### 1/5 — Worst experience ever *2026-04-17, version 4.2.52* The worst booking experience I have ever gone through until now. They will take your money and cancel the booking later without any clear communication from their team. Booking showing as pending in the app? I was then called to say with the airline the seats for my flights were on a waiting list and that I would need to pay an additional “discounted” price of £90 to keep the tickets. I paid them directly to get my flight i thought it was occational , Recently they did the same with my Friend as well with quite a big ticket and asked for extra payment for fare difference ,my friends also suffered with thair fraud, the ticket becomes more expensive than all of the airlines after their charge . After I refused, they said they would speak to their manager. Then they came back and offered a “discount,” saying I only needed to pay an additional £75. This is not acceptable. I had already paid the full amount at the time of booking. In the end, I had to cancel the booking and contact my bank to get my money back. The bank told me the refund should be processed within 3 working days. I am very disappointed with this experience. It wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress. After payment there is no confirmation or update regarding the booking received from the easemytrip team. Later I contacted the customer care, they are telling me that the seats are sold out and fair increased, so that the booking rejected. But still I can see again the they have listed the flight with 3x fair. Wanted to book a flight from London to Seoul. Was offered £878. They call me a day later, price is now £248 more expensive. They tell me to check the airline site directly (with cookies in browser using the same device). Indeed price has gone up. So i agree to the price change. But then i decided to check on a different phone over 4G and the price on the airlines direct website is at the original price offered (actually, cheaper at £858). Even after 3minutes of the booking, they will not let me refund, without a huge cancellation fee (she said £500, which seemed made up). Olivia, and the team at Ease My Trip are operating a wholesale scam operation. And they need investigating by the FCA, so I'm going to lodge a formal complaint. ### 1/5 — Hidden fare increases and confusing payment process *2026-07-23, version 4.2.68* My experience with EaseMyTrip was very frustrating. After booking and paying for my flights, I was suddenly hit with a "pending" status and received an email demanding an extra AED 295 for a fare difference due to dynamic pricing. When I tried to pay that additional amount, the payment link failed and threw an error message, forcing me to go through extra hurdles just to secure my tickets. To make matters worse, the extra AED 295 I paid doesn't even show up anywhere on the final e-ticket fare breakdown, making the pricing feel opaque and untrustworthy. I refused to pay any increase. I am demanding either my issued ticket at the agreed price or a FULL REFUND immediately. Do not trust this company, they are scammers! ### 1/5 — Unacceptable refund delay and unfair deduction by ease my trip *2026-05-28, version 4.2.58* Very disappointing experience with EaseMyTrip. The airline cancelled the flight, yet I still did not receive a full refund. AED 200 was deducted as a so-called convenience fee, which is completely unjustified when the cancellation was not initiated by the passenger. On top of that, the refund process was heavily delayed and communication was poor throughout. Customers should not have to chase their own money after an airline cancellation. I expected better service and transparency. Would not recommend based on this experience. ### 1/5 — Worst than 3rd class service & experience *2026-05-26* Worst than third class service and experience from EaseMyTrip. I booked a hotel from EaseMyTrip and voucher included breakfast, complimentary evening tea however, the hotel denied the breakfast and mentioned that we haven’t received any breakfast in your booking from EaseMyTrip. Hotel’s GM also mentioned that the rates we have given to EaseMyTrip doesn’t includes breakfast we don’t know why they have included breakfast with these rates. I escalated this to EaseMyTrip and asked for the refund. I was assured in a documented email from EaseMyTrip that we will resolve it within 24 hours and you should get the refund. I have been writing them back for the last 10 days but they have not even replied to my email and their own email too. Nobody responded for the last 10 days. Their customer care service is cheapest one, people are only sitting there to arrange a call back from hotel’s backend team and promise that you will get a call within 15 mins which never happenes for the next 10 hours despite calling them 10 times in 10 hours and they pitch the same speech every time that the call back has been arranged on priority. I booked Hotel Neha Palace, Ujjain for 17 May 2026, completed the payment, and received a confirmed booking. However, upon reaching the hotel, the receptionist informed me that they had no information or record of my booking. To make matters worse, before we had even checked in, the booking status was already showing “Trip Completed.” How can a trip be marked completed without the guest even checking in? This raises serious concerns about their system and customer service. Being left waiting at the hotel with uncertainty after making a confirmed booking caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. A booking platform should make travel easier, not create stress at the last moment.
