Each day, pick one of eight feelings — Calm, Anxious, Confident, Guilty, Neutral, Grateful, Stressed, or Hopeful. Add a sentence or two if you want. Skip if you don't. That's it.

Over time, you'll start to notice patterns. The days you feel most anxious about money. The weeks where things felt lighter. The weather of your inner financial world.
