Very slow app and when you press on an icon for more information it usually shows a blank page. Poor coding for an app writer.

Click app to open it then it ask me if I want location on and notifications on. After I select my choices, app immediately crashes and exits.

App will get stuck when you try to upload a picture from library or camera roll. Picture will show on screen but no way to proceed. Must force close app to do anything. Been this way for months.

The subject says it all. I’m trying to submit an image of a illegal, possibly stolen vehicle. Upon attaching the picture, there’s no way to proceed with your submission. Fix this simple issue so you can fix large issues in the city!
It’s now May 8, 2020 and for months you’re unable to upload an image. Why even have the option to add one if all it does is lock up the app?

There’s quite a lot of ways you can interact with the city of Garland with this.  There’s a lot available, and to be honest, the existing structure on reporting things was confusing.  This cleared it up a lot.  If you’re a resident of Garland, Texas, you should have this on your iPhone.
