I even paid for having the newspaper delivered to my office and it was only delivered one or two days a week if at all. The reliability of Your delivery system is kind of like the Russian space program. **Developer response:** I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing your subscription through our mobile app. For Help, please go to the settings menu in the app, found under the gear icon and scroll down to the Support section. You will find several links that may be helpful, and you can email our support team directly using the Get Login Help option. Could not access today’s edition. So I tried my cell phone and it appeared there. Deleted the app from this iPad and will now download the app again. The new app is cumbersome. Before, I could swipe once to get to the next page; now I must click on the page and choose from a page below the page. The UX (user experience) is terrible -- I've read blogs that were laid out better than this. Editorially there is too much emphasis on sports and crime. And early no graphics are present to illustrate stories. These are reporters—journalists—who know how to find the facts and put them together for us.
