Such a simple bug but so time consuming to deal with, especially in a rush. Other times makes you jump through hoops to log in with stupid codes texted to you . I’ve had problems with the app not loading things before, and worked around it. but I was told the feature was helpful and easy to use. Deposits of cheques work but only after you try capturing the image of the cheque again does it go into landscape mode to do it. They are always so patient and understanding while helping those of us with little understanding of technology. I have never left my branch frustrated or uninformed. The staff is very good at resolving issues and supporting me. Well done. Previous versions ‘remembered’ amounts that I had paid to the payees which I was expecting. Secondly, I had to type in my amount two times before I was able to move to the next screen .
