Accounts, biometrics and personal data transferred. The bill pay is still giving errors of timeout after too short a time to setup payments. I would like the iPad app to accommodate both portrait and landscape orientation 11/20/2020 Biometric not working, the program keeptvfigetting authenticates certificate of my finger. Also, please bring back the larger font type us older people have a lot of trouble seeing the smaller fonts and the contrast is not enough thank you 9/27/18 Biometrics are fixed after iOS 12 update. 7/21/18 Use a small QWERTY keyboard so , don’t have to keep switching between characters and numbers 11-2-17 update My three accounts login are never saved like before this last update...along having to repeatedly having to accept the agreement 10-3-17 update Use the QWERTY keyboard to input login names and password. With numbers and characters already available. I would not have to flip back and forth . I noticed it loads faster. The only thing I miss is the bill pay part showing the overall payees and month by month payments. I like the layout showing the entire year at a glance. Nothing makes any sense, and I cannot stand the layout of the update. I’ve told at least 6 people not to bank with ETPCU simply because of the fact the new layout is trash. And I will continue to do so until it’s either changed back to the original, or changed to something like the original but better. However some of the features don’t have a back button make it sometimes difficult to navigate. For example, when trying to apply for a credit card at the bottom of the page the app asks you to review the terms of service before clicking I agree and it will not allow you to click agree without first clicking on the terms of service link first. The problem is that their is no back button. Once you click on the terms of service it is impossible to go back and click the agree box. This little detail makes it impossible to apply for a credit card using this app. Many of the features on this app are completely unusable because of the lack of a back button. ### 1/5 — Total Incompetence *2023-07-16, version 4.41.111* These people deposited money in the wrong account, and we therefore had a check bounce even though we had 10 times more actual funds on hand. And then they had the gall to charge an overdraft. They will argue with you when you make a deposit, the simplest thing for a bank to do. They put a 10 business day hold on a simple deposit, which is simply stupid in this day of internet banking. And when you question them about what they do, they get rude. ### 1/5 — Access and support *2023-05-07, version 4.41.111* Have not been able to link MINT an Intuit product since the system change. Used it to track account transactions and since you cannot see the checks online either it puts there system back 15 years. Management seems not to care. It is Corporate Policy. I am considering closing my accounts after 46 years.
