Lots of bugs in this app.  Don’t use it, call for a reservation.  Airport locations button did not work.  Password reset did not work.

I was hoping to streamline ordering cars *from* airports where we always end up taking yellow caps, but this app ain't doing it.  You basically have to sign in every time you open it so the same as a web page, and they demanded confirmation of *both* mobile number and email.  They also demanded credit card ccv code, and at this point I regret giving them any of it.  You don't get confirmations of bookings and can't look up existing reservations.  They're a local company, so I may keep using them *to* airports, but I'm done with their various online attempts.
Tl;dr: avoid!

I used the app to schedule a pickup from airport. I made reservation from west coast, when I arrived it was scheduled for 3 hours later (I guess it thought it needed to adjust time time because of timezone) Really stupid bug, not enough testing.

There's a bug in this app where, if you make a reservation from a different time zone, it applies the time _in that zone_. For instance, I made a reservation to be picked up at JFK in NYC at 10:45 pm, but I was in Las Vegas when I made it. Everything looked good until I landed at JFK and found that the reservation was _actually_ for 1:45 AM the next day. This was reported in another review in December 2016, three months ago. Fix it.

I love Eastern's car service, but this app is a joke. It's like they had a child just learning to program make their app.

After trying to get a cab on Curb and failing, I tried the Eastern app. The app is simple. No unnecessary animations. It works. The customer experience is well-considered. Intuitive and easy to use.

Uber? More like Slowber. Every time I use Eastern it beats Uber by at least 10 minutes. Really, the speed is incredible plus the UX/UI is so pleasant sometimes I just stare at the app at night to go to sleep.
