You are encouraged to cut the middle man JustEat by going direct. Yet they have no tracking, the slowest delivery and no feedback mechanism at all. 

Out last 6-10 deliveries have been over 30minutes late. Sometimes the wait has stretched to an hour. This is unacceptable.
