At 6 am no car arrived. When I called the dispatcher they were very rude and told me they didn’t have the pickup and that my area was too far for pickup anyway. They have picked me up multiple times before at this address. What a scam. Tonight I called eastland and went in the car with two of my friends. I gave the man my address and he dropped me off at the corner. I do not live on a dead end so there was no excuse not to drop me in front of my house. I pay eastland for a full service not half. I told the man he dropped me off at the wrong spot and he told me he doesn't care and he just left me on the corner. This attitude is unacceptable I should not have payed for a half service. My other two friends had to walk and extra block because the driver made a mistake with address which is totally not fair he is supposed to drop the customer in front of their house. I think eastland needs to work on their employees because that type of attitude is unacceptable.
