I’m finding it freezes most times I try to open it. My iPhone isn’t the problem, it has the right operating system. Hopefully I can work this issue out as before it began habitually freezing, this was a very useful app for remote deposits and checking balances. ### 3/5 — Latest update loses Face ID *2026-06-06, version 22.1.0* A perfectly fine app - a bit slow sometimes. Was better when just filed numbers through the.00 ### 5/5 — Well done app experience *2025-12-30, version 22.0.6* Update: I moved to Vermont 5 years ago and EastRise is one of the most impressive things about the state and it’s amazing people. The app works better than most big banks and the integration with various services works way better than various online banks I’ve used. Scheduled bill pay works great, as does Zelle, and they’re great about loan processing. This credit union is a winner. ### 4/5 — Very helpful *2025-12-26, version 22.0.4* I love the ability to lock my cards especially knowing I have not used them. It shies real time spending. The one thing I do miss is not being able to put in checks or payments in advance since the old VSECU app. It is essential to keep up on banking in these times. I do hope they add a place to put “ sent payments” as it is not congruent to do” mobile banking” and keeping a paper register for 3-4 things a month. It may try to verify that I’m human 20 times and then not let me in. Sometimes, like just now, I just get a blank page, not even the verification page. To get it back I have to delete the ap and download again or reboot my phone. Usually that brings it back. Now I’ve been unable to log on with for two days. The web site works on my laptop but not the phone. That’s better than nothing but still a bad website.
