Their customer support said there is nothing they can do when clearly it was a manufacturer defect. Just zero support for their base who saves up to buy certain products. That was until I encounter the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I reached out on three separate occasions to the customer service email regarding an issue with my order. After the third email I never received a response back from the company. This is terrible. Not only did I not receive a response but there was nothing I could do about my order.
