Their clothing is fashion forward and made with the finest fabrics. I’ll always choose this brand first to purchase gifts for my golf fanatic husband. Regarding customer service … my first purchase was too large and I needed to exchange the clothing while I was traveling out of the country. I emailed Eastside Golf customer service and they took it from there. I was able to mail back my initial purchase and the correct sizes were at my home when I returned from vacation. Their customer support said there is nothing they can do when clearly it was a manufacturer defect. Just zero support for their base who saves up to buy certain products. That was until I encounter the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I reached out on three separate occasions to the customer service email regarding an issue with my order. After the third email I never received a response back from the company. This is terrible. Not only did I not receive a response but there was nothing I could do about my order.
