Eastsoft智能建筑是基于智慧建筑综合管理平台系统开发，针对东软载波智能家居设备(包括PLC设备、RF设备等），实现对设备的远程控制功能。你可以通过本软件，更简单便捷地通过客户端与智能硬件交互，并实现智能硬件之间的互联互通。

1.设备控制：设备的单点控制，实现对智能设备的远程控制。
2.定时任务：由智慧建筑系统web端创建，实现对其的开关控制。
3.情景模式：执行智慧楼宇系统情景模式。
4.区域管理：设备添加在不同的区域，通过区域划分，实现设备控制。
5.类别管理：通过类别对添加设备进行划分，实现类别化设备控制。
6.消息告警：当设备的状态发生改变时，系统将会推送告警信息，提示用户。
7.能源采集：实时掌控所有电器的能源实施
