## What is Easy?

You didn't lack willpower. You lacked a plan that bends.

Every diet asks you to be perfect, then blames you when a real week gets in the way — the takeaway, the birthday cake, the Tuesday you didn't cook. Easy is built for that week instead.

SNAP IT, DON'T SPELL IT
Photograph your plate and get calories and protein in seconds. No weighing, no scrolling a database of forty identical chicken breasts. Scan a barcode, or just say what you ate out loud.

THE SWAP IS THE POINT
Most apps tell you what you ate. Easy tells you what to do next. Keep the burger — here's the version with more protein and fewer calories. Same craving, better result. That's the whole idea.

EATING OUT? SCAN THE MENU
Point your camera at a restaurant menu and get the best pick for your goal, ranked. No more guessing between six things that all sound fine.

A COACH THAT KNOWS YOUR WEEK
Ask anything — what to order, how to handle a night out, why the scale moved. Your coach knows your goals, your foods and what you've eaten, so the answer is about you rather than a nutrition textbook.

MEAL PLANS YOU'LL ACTUALLY EAT
Generate 1–7 days around your calories, your protein, the foods you like and the ones you don't. Regenerate anything you don't fancy. The plan becomes a grocery list, sorted by aisle.

IMPORT ANY RECIPE
Paste a recipe from TikTok or Instagram and get real macros for it, plus a lighter version if you want one.

MACROS, BMI AND THE TREND
Protein, carbs, fats, fibre and water — tracked without the spreadsheet. See your BMI, and watch the direction you're going rather than the noise of one bad day.

ON YOUR HOME SCREEN
Widgets for calories left, macros and your streak — plus one tap straight to the camera or barcode scanner, from the home screen or the lock screen.

ON A GLP-1?
Set reminders for your injection alongside your meals, and get protein targets that suit how little you feel like eating.

DO IT WITH FRIENDS
Share progress in a private group. Cheer each other on. Or don't — it's optional.

WHAT EASY WON'T DO
Tell you a food is bad. Make you start over on Monday. Ask you to weigh a banana.
