All the app has is a few end-user assembly instructions. ### 2/5 — Install instructions vague *2023-06-11, version 3.2.0* Been trying to install hks aventós wide door mount plate and lift hinge for about 3 days but your website and included directions are less than helpful. The Blum desktop site is incredible, but this app has no real info on the multitude of hinges they have. ### 1/5 — Filing cabinet build *2022-10-30* I have purchased the Blum meta box plus meta fill. The instructions are poor. I can seem to find anything in the app either. It really needs a video instruction. I was expecting that the app would have useful content but it seems it only has the multi language instruction sheets which are poorly written anyway. So in the end I will waste time to try to work it out. ### 1/5 — Horrible Instructions *2022-03-21, version 3.1.5* Why should it be so hard to include a diagram where the measurements appear for placing the hinges? The most you can hope for is stopping their instruction video which has no pause button and taking a screenshot of the quick view of the diagram for installing the hinges. There is no such diagram for installing the part of the hinge that is attached to the door, it simply shows holes magically drilled that line up with the device. If you were able to get someone on the phone the instructions are equally bad. ### 1/5 — Too invasive *2021-05-17, version 3.1.3* The app is requiring too much access to personal Information. I’ve wasted a ton of time, with worthless instructions. Blum makes the finest hardware of any company, but have done a terrible job with actually addressing the questions a professional would ask. My drawers have no name or identification on them & it is impostor search on the site. It is of no help unless you are a very knowledgeable trade person. Blum products require correct installation. Without clear instructions it will take much longer to install the product and there is a chance of incorrect application. For instance we bought a Blum Minipress more than a year ago. It came with many small attachments and parts. It still Just standing in the corner and gathering dust. As we couldn’t set it up. Even the choosing a correct dust extractor and hose adaptors for that press is a challenge. The same applies to the Blum jigs.
