It won't agree to run without access to your contacts, which, if it does what it claims, it shouldn't need. I have tried all troubleshooting steps: offloading the app, resetting network settings, disabling all other call blocking extensions, and even a clean re-install, but the error persists. It seems like there is a compatibility issue with the CallKit integration on the current iOS version.
