This seems good so far but I am not interested in yoga (nor does your advertisement say yoga). It was only mentioned once so I will see

This is primarily a chair workout app, focused on strength, mobility, and flexibility. Some movements are inspired by yoga, but yoga is not the main focus of the program. We appreciate you giving it a try and hope the workouts continue to be useful for you.

I bought the full version and it won’t go past the standard 30 days of progress. I’ve tried contacting them several times and get no response or support. I like it except for this. I have questions.

We identified a technical issue that affected a small percentage of users, and unfortunately you were one of them. The issue has now been fully resolved. If you open the app again, everything should work as expected.

There isn’t enough of a preview between workout positions. I don’t necessarily need a rest period, but a few seconds to make sure I know what I’m doing before the count down would be appreciated.

I enjoy the workouts and the stretching is much needed, But could you add a timer sound I get into the exercise and don’t realize it’s over untill the next had started.
